THE ROMANIAN CRIMINAL ABORTION LAW

Abstract
The purpose of this article consists in shaping the way in which abortion is punished by the Romanian criminal law, is included in the category of offences against life, but still less severely punished than the crimes of homicide, which issues on how to differentiate the degree of protection conferred on a fetus in comparison with that enjoyed by a person, not being so equal protection and employment intensity and fetus being protected as a being with a special status.
