The scenario management of enterprise`s information activities

Abstract
In the article the conceptual approach to scenario management is described as one of the most important types of activity of a modern enterprise on the basis of application of the model of the information-analytical system of scenario management. Estimation of the probability of scenarios for enterprise development is determined by the method of multicriteria estimation of alternatives on the basis of additive convolution.
