Theoretically-methodological basis of reengineering of business-processes of enterprises

Abstract
The article reveals the theoretical essence of re-engineering as the complex of measures on improvement of management, the competitiveness of products, increase productivity, reduce production costs, improve economic and financial results of the company. The article analyses the peculiarities, advantages and disadvantages of reengineering of business processes, the consequences of the introduction of reengineering for enterprises. Identified and justified principles for the improvement of reengineering of business processes as the basic means of increase of efficiency of activity of the enterprise in modern conditions of managing.
