THE SELECTION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF EMPLOYEES OF RESEARCH CENTRE AS A PSYCHOLOGICAL PERSONAL PROBLEM OF DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
On the present stage of transformation and development of the Armed forces of Ukraine significantly increased requirements for personalism of the army, increasing the necessity to provide forces to a qualitatively new military&scientific production that requires treatment to the problem of formation of the staff of the research centers. Studying of the motivations behind the formation of the scientific employee of the center have a great scientific, methodological, theoretical, practical and applied value, as it allows you to figure out those necessary circumstances, internal and external factors that contribute to the effectiveness of the life of the individual soldier as a researcher. The goal of the article lies in identification of psychological mechanisms of personal development researcher in his professional activity. Here the personal formation of scientific professionals in conditionals of research center is presented. A systematic approach to the process of formation and development of personality in a specially created external conditions in a holistic professional military process established organization. Despite of the difference of views of various researchers on this issue, most of them believe that motivation is a complex system, which includes certain hierarchical structures and different types of motives that leads to personal formation. I& concept of worker of the center as a defender of the country is the basic concept of movement of a person in the development process, integrated deployment model for its genesis. The civilization of the person describes the development of philosophy, synthesizing the value of personality, contributes to the development of life values of life. Important factors in the formation of the scientific employee of the center is the unity of satisfaction with the process, a set of moral qualities, focused in the concepts of honor and personal dignity, harmonized interaction with teachers and mentors. Personal formation and this interaction is closely related. The personality of the employee in a socially positive way is a continuous ongoing process of qualitative transformation, in which under the influence of internal and external factors formed the subjective position of the employee in the activities and communication, the need for self& development, self&improvement with the implementation of life orientation as finding its place in life, harmonization lifestyle. Personal development in the context of the scientific center is characterized by the satisfaction (dissatisfaction) of their choice of profession, awareness of this choice on the basis of reality and their own beliefs, the need for self&improvement. Selection and professional development of staff in the research centre should be carried out on the basis of monitoring of business and professional qualities of our employees. Summarizing the areas of development, personal development academic professional should pay particular attention to the importance of a personal orientation, which reflects the orientation and capacity of the military scientific centre of the relevant agency.
