Abstract
The article analyzes the impact of self-assessment of the level of success of professional work. Causes that can affect the success in professional activities. Revealed that the specialist professional activities affect self-esteem. Overview different views on professional self-esteem, to its components and structural relationships. Self-esteem is one of the most important indicators of professional success, because only if adequate self-esteem expert can work on the model of «peer to peer».
