THE SENSE OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMME «THE FREEDOM IN THE FRAMEWORK»

Abstract
The article deals with the sense and the aim of the educational programme «The freedom in the framework». The necessity of its more detailed studing by the native scientists is proved. The mechanism of studies by this programme is considered by example of training «The freedom in the framework» intended for the preschoolers’ parents. The content of the terms «competent parents» and «competent children» is revealed.
