The separate questions about the role of the insurance period in the appointment of a pension

Abstract
The article is devoted to topical issues of the role of insurance experience in the appoint- ment of a pension. The analysis of modern pension legislation, practice of its application and author's reasoning on the solution of actual problems of pension provision is made, recom- mendations for further improvement of the pension legislation are grounded.
