The service of court officers in terms of proceedings for judicial reform

Abstract
The analysis of the legal status of court officers was done. Reveals functional load and appointment of court officers in local courts were disclosed. The scientific discussion on the rationale for the service of court officers was analysed. Proved the author's position on the elimination of service of court officers. The liquidation algorithm of service of court officers and redistribution of powers within the local court system was proposed.
