It is impossible to get healthy and high nutritional value foods from plants and animals grown in a contaminated land. Even, waste and toxic substances in these plants and animals used as nutrients would be harmful rather than beneficial. Procedural errors to be applied during the collection of nutrients of plants and animals, and food preparation and storage processes play an important role whether the foods are healthy and high quality or not. Moreover, the period of preparing various dishes from nutrients and foods along with dining table preparation is also very important for a healthy, adequate and balanced nutrition. Eventually, it can be stated that nutrition is vital for human and is an art considering the above-mentioned information. Today, primarily air, water and soil pollution, and lack of activity in humans, excessive use of fertilizer, pesticide and GMO products make the healthy, adequate and balanced nutrition impossible.
