THE SOCIALLY HARMFUL AND SOCIALLY DANGEROUS CONSEQUENCES OF THE DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION CONTAINING THE PROPAGANDA OF WAR

Abstract
In the article, the war is seen as a state of hostility. Dissemination of information that contains war propaganda can lead from unfriendly relations between states or peoples to an open war, which entails a number of dangerous consequences. The socially harmful and socially dangerous consequences of the dissemination of information, containing the propaganda of war is determined in the context of criminal law and criminology. It is divided into direct and indirect, mental and physical due to the history of the First, Second (Great Patriotic) world wars and the antiterrorist operation in the east of Ukraine (ATO).
