ROLE OF PERSONNEL AND CONDEMNED IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ENCOURAGING AND PROHIBITION MEASURES IN CORRECTIVE COLONIES

Abstract
The article analyzes the incentive and prohibitive measures applied to persons serving a criminal sentence in correctional colonies. The role of the staff and convicts in forming the behavior of the latter during the serving of the sentence is considered. It is pointed out that practically every branch of law contains norms regulating the legal relationship between the state and convicts. This is how housing, social, family, and other numerous problems arising in the process of execution and serving of sentences are solved. In addition to the Constitution of Ukraine, laws, it is necessary to add departmental regulations, in particular, the Internal Regulations and other documents. It is concluded that incentive and prohibitive measures can exert both positive and negative influence on convicts. This depends on the correctness of the punitive-corrective influence, its intensity, the person who is exposed to such influence and the environment in which the convict is.
