The soul of the business personality: formulation of the problem and actualization of research

Abstract

Annotation. Purpose is to reveal the relevance of the content and role of the soul of the economic personality in the format of post-nonclassical man dimensional economic science. This requires research of the inner spiritual world of the master-personality, in which the soul becomes an internal motivator for its self-realization. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following general and specific research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, dialectical approach. Findings. The inner spiritual world of the master-personality is studied, in which the soul becomes an internal motivator for its self-realization. It is determined that traditional economic experience denies the main spiritual qualities of a person whose decisions and actions are characterized by soullessness. The soul allows us to grasp the essence of the economic phenomenon, and its study shows that the soul as an integrity exceeds the variety of specific manifestations of economic life. Practical value. The article substantiates the necessity of soul research, the animating of economic actions, where each time again realized-reproduced оunom freedom responsibility identity of the host. Without this, creation is impossible. Without this, creation of an economy is impossible. The main scientific provisions of the article can be used in the development of the format post-nonclassical man dimensional economic science.
