Identification of the state of debt security of Ukraine on the basis of indicators and their threshold value

Abstract
Abstract. The purpose of this article is to determine the indicators and their threshold values in assessing the state of debt security of Ukraine. Methodology of research. In order to achieve this goal, general scientific and special research methods were used. The methods of scientific abstraction and comparative analysis were used to determine the indicators and threshold values for identifying the state of debt security in Ukraine. Studies of the current state of debt security of the country were carried out on the basis of comparative and retrospective analysis methods. Findings. In the article a comparative analysis of existing methods of identification of debt security of the country is carried out with the use of relative indicators (indicators) and their threshold values. Practical value. The indicators of debt security have been identified in the article and their threshold value will allow to harmonize the debt policy with the needs to stimulate investment and innovation activity of the state and the tasks of maximizing welfare in the long-term.
