The sources of SE «NPC «UKRENERGO»’s investment projects financing

Abstract
The main sources of financing of SE «NPC «Ukrenergo»’s investment activity are identified in the paper; it is proved that, since 2008 the government underestimates the tariff of the enterprise, which leads to a limitation of its own investment opportunities; an existence of direct link between the facts of the SE «NPC «Ukrenergo»’s tariff marking down and the getting resources from foreign creditors is revealed; the possible consequences of this policy are identified and its inefficiency is proved.
