THE SPECIAL LEGA L ASPECTS OF COOPERATION BETWEEN UKRAINE AND THE EUROPEAN UNION IN THE AREA OF ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

Abstract
The cooperation implementation between Ukraine and the EU in the area of environment protection was imaged. The basic trends of adaptation of national legislation on environment protection to the European were determined. The forms and stages of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in this area were analyzed. The special priority to the third stage of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in the field of environmental protection was accorded.
