CONSTITUTIONAL AND RELIGIOUS VALUES AR E AN EFF ECTIVE INTERCONNECTION ON THE EXA MPLE OF THE CONSTITUTION OF HANGARY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the mutual influence of constitutional and religious values in the state and related individual restrictions of generally accepted liberal rights and freedoms at the level of the individual state. Conclusions are made on the possibility of independent regulation by the states of their legal system to increase the internal level of protection of human rights, but at the same time they can not give less protection than that provided by supranational legislation.
