THE SPECIFICS OF ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP IN THE SYSTEM OF LOCAL SELFADMINISTRATION

Abstract
The article considers the essence of organizational leadership in the system of local self-administration as well as determines the subjects of organizational leadership, their interrelations and functions. Nowadays organizational leadership is the priority area reforming, namely, decentralization. The implementation of organizational leadership is conducive to the effective functioning of a community bodies. Organizational leadership is promotive of building credibility and effective cooperation between community and local selfadministration managers.
