The specifics of public administration in the sphere of development the agricultural service cooperatives

Abstract
The imperfection of state support for agricultural service cooperatives, as participants of agrarian market, is an actual problem of the present. The problems of development of service cooperatives, and also the necessity of their support by public authorities at the state and regional levels, are considered in the article. The infological model of the modern system of agricultural cooperation is proposed. The tasks of state support of agricultural service cooperatives are determined. The advantages of the cooperative credit and consumer systems are established. The state and the indicators of the efficiency of work of service cooperatives in rural areas are determined. The priority directions of state support of cooperatives are formulated.
