The Stage of Scientific Research of the Issue of Reasonable Time at the National Criminal-Procedural Thought

Abstract
Modern tendencies and approaches to studying of the principle of reasonable time in Ukrainian scientific legal thought are investigated in the article. The topical issues and sticking points defined in the criminal procedural scientific-methodological sources are analyzed. The prospects of further researches and conceptual directions concerning elimination of pluralism of notions and view points on the principle are outlined.
