THE STAND PRINCIPLE SCHEME FOR RESEARCH AND CONTROL OF DUST REDUCTION PROCESS WITH USE OF WATER JETS AND AIR FLOWS ENERG
Journal Title: Вестник научного центра по безопасности работ в угольной промышленности - Year 2019, Vol 0, Issue 1
Abstract
n the foreseeable future, the mining industry will be still demanded and still developing. Coal dust, which is formed at almost all stages of mining operations, is a source of various dangers: from the initiation of explosions to the formation of serious diseases of miners. The existing dust reduction systems are quite effective, but they do not provide absolute absence of coal dust in mine. The mostly spread method is the use of irrigation systems, at the same time definition of rational dust reduction systems is an actual task. This article contains information about research of existing test stands, and a new stand is described, which will allow to control dust flow, to reduce water consumption, to control dust amount in mine air, to reduce danger of explosion, which could be initiated by coal dust.
