The strength of cement stone on mechanically activated portland slag cement

Abstract
Discusses the effect of mechanical activation of Portland cement with slag additive on the kinetics of strength development of cement stone. It is established that mechanical activation allows you to enter in Portland cement and 40% ground blast furnace slag, while ensuring the achievement of strength of cement, equal strength in clear Portland cement, but not affected by mechanical activation, and leads to a sharp increase in utilization of the binder, so an increase in the content of blast furnace slag to 45% leads to an increase in the binder utilization rate by an average of 20-25%. Determined the maximum rate of utilization of the binder for compositions on mechanically activated Portland cement with the addition of 45 % blast furnace slag. It has been experimentally established that mechanoactivation of Portland cement leads to a sharp increase in the coefficient of binder use, and this dependence is visible throughout the entire time interval of hardening of cement stone.
