The Structure of the Placenta in the Normal Course of Pregnancy and in Fetoplacental Insufficiency

Abstract

One of the most important problems of modern obstetrics is the prevention of complicated pregnancy and reproductive losses. Normally, after 40 weeks, aging of the placenta is a sign of the onset of labor. But year after year, this disease acquires an earlier maturation of the placenta from 6 weeks to 34 weeks. 25% of cases with antenatal fetal death are diagnosed and premature maturation of the placenta and due to early aging of the placenta, the supply of food stops, circulatory disorders in the mother-placenta-fetus system.
