THE STUDY AND USE OF HUMOR IN PSYCHOTHERAPY

Abstract
The study and use of humor therapy in the world psychotherapy practice in the article is analyzed. A positive effect of humor and laugh on psychophysiological body state of a human being is proved. Due to its powerful therapeutic action the humor for the emotional state correction, the digestion improvement, the work of cardiovascular system, the blood circulation, the release of the excessive stress, the start body self-defense mechanisms, the creation an active acceptance is used.
