Abstract
With the increase of competitive market of cars and automobiles in Iran in recent years, one of the basic strategies of Pars Khodro company is the increase in the paid profit to stockholders via decreasing the finished price of the of the products. Employees’ work efficiency is a proper guideline in this regard, in which the international car. Builders of Pars company have taken it into account by using various and proper ways. The present study has been done to deal with to deal with the relationship between life quality and employees’ efficiency and productivity of pride productions montage in Pars khodro company . in dealing with the research hypotheses, among 561 subjects from the employees in the work saloon of Pride montage, 68 ones were selected as the sample of the study. The results as the sample of the study. The results of the study revealed that. There is a direct and meaningful relationship between employees’ efficiency, but the intensity is not the same. Meanwhile, there is a meaningful difference between the average characteristics of the job and the related factors in the job environment.
