The study of foreign experience of social responsibility of business and the possibility of its adaptation to domestic conditions

Abstract
The article reveals theoretical and methodological aspects of studying the concept of corporate social responsibility of companies. Priority directions and mechanisms of realization of corporate social responsibility. Analyzed the main advantages and disadvantages of corporate social responsibility. Three models of social responsibility are considered: American, European and Asian. The main directions, characteristic for the world experience, that can be adapted in Ukraine are determined. The article gives suggestions on the priority direction of the development of corporate social responsibility for Ukrainian companies. Active state support will allow to identify the main, to improve existing and develop new programs to domestic issues of corporate social responsibility, encourage the development of scientific and practical developments for the formation of socially responsible companies.
