Abstract
The article considers the possibility of allocating a system of crimes in the field of economic activity on the basis of committing these crimes by a special subject – an official. The emphasis is placed on the feasibility of conducting a separate study of this group of crimes, identifying their features and applying appropriate criminal-law measures. A list of perspective directions of the investigation of the system of crimes in the sphere of economic activity, the subject of which is recognized as an official.
