SYSTEM OF CRIMES AGAINST THE ORDER OF MILITARY SERVICE

Abstract
The article provides an analysis of system of criminal activities against order of military service completion. Conclusively, main criteria of influence within criminal offences creation among military services is visual object. This takes part as a transition between Generic object, passing procedure (objection) military service and direct objects. These particular social relations, against which directly and immediately sent to a criminal act. This also depends on kind of objects author has divided system of military crimes, to appropriate group.
