LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH ACTION IN THE LOAN INTERESTS OF ANOTHER PERSON WITHOUT ITS DETENTION: PROBLEMS OF QUALIFICATION IN JUDICIAL PRACTICE

Abstract
The article deals with the legal nature of the institute of the actions in the interests of another person property without their authorization. Special attention is devoted to the problems of qualification of such relations in judicial practice. It was made the comparison of these relationships with other adjacent ones.
