The system of legal forms of social protection of unemployed

Abstract
The article is devoted to the comlex analysis of the system of legal forms of social protection of unemployed. Author’s definition of mentioned legal construction has been given. Also the author analysed the scientific researches of reputable labor law scientists in this area. It is proved that the system of legal forms of social protection of the unemployed comprises the compulsory state social insurance, social support, benefits and legal guarantees provided by legislation, state targeted social programs.
