THE SYSTEM OF METHODS IN SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

Abstract
The article examines the essence of the concept of “method”, which is a means of achieving any goal. The classification of scientific research methods is considered, which includes theoretical, empirical and objective theoretical scientific methods. Scientific research is based on the use of not separate methods, and their systems, knowledge of which is mandatory for the scientist. The article gives answers to the questions, which includes a system of methods of scientific research, which content of each of the scientific methods. How empirical methods of scientific research differ from theoretical methods, and how specific methods are used in economic research.
