THE SYSTEM OF STATE REGULATION OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the structure and extent of the system of state regulation of business development in Ukraine. The research uses a set of general scientific methods: generalization and scientific abstraction, structural-functional analysis and modeling. According to the results of the study, the system of state regulation of business development consists of subsystems of measures of administrative-legal regulation and economic stimulation. The greatest effectiveness is the optimization of the institutional environment for business development, which is manifested in deregulation, a test marathon, a reduction in the NBU rate, and tax privileges. The effectiveness of regulatory policy is a partial decline in the context of positive institutional changes, reducing the number of enterprises and the employed population.
