THE SYSTEM OF VALUES IN CORPORATE CULTURE AS A MEANS OF SUPPORTING ECONOMIC SECURITY OF AN ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The essence of economic categories "corporate culture" and "economic security" was considered. The influence of corporate culture on economic security of an enterprise was scientifically justified. The elements of corporate culture and their practical meaning were defined. It was found out that according to spiral dynamics by Clare Graves the direct link between the system of values of an enterprise and its corporate culture exists. The list of corporate standards was developed and their influence on corporate culture of an enterprise was revealed. The table showing the link between management style, market environment, business activities and the level of corporate culture by Clare Graves was drawn.
