The data gathered through the teacher's interviews were analyzed by applying content analysis method. Having evaluated the research results in general, the majority of the teachers who attended the research in different branches mostly give "No, I don't know" answer to the questions pertaining to such concepts as digital citizenship; define e-Government concept as "doing government affairs with a password in virtual environment"; use e-Government system in general; claim that the most important benefit of this system is to "enable state affairs practically, quickly, without bureacratic obstacles and in qualified way" ; they share the view "because the system is reliable so there isn't any inconveniency in using the system".
