The technology of using a functionally robust automated decision support system to resolve conflict situations in the management of the ship's motion of environmental monitoring of marine areas

Abstract

In the article the questions of the automated management are examined by the ship of the ecological monitoring in case of occurring of conflict(nonpermanent) situations. Authors suggest to take measure for system realization of public policy in regard to the ecological state Black and Azov seas with the use of courts of the ecological monitoring.
