THE THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF THE PRODUCTS AT THE ENTERPRISES OF AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY 

Abstract

The main element of international market is a final consumer, who dictates the terms on which the most competitive products should meet the following requirements as high quality and low price. The purpose of this article is the research of the quality management of the products at the enterprises of automobile industry. Also the recommendations for increase the quality of products are designed here. The subject of the research is quality management of the products at the enterprises of automobile industry. Classical aspects of economic theory, management and marketing, works of native and foreign scientists and economists in issues of quality management of products at the enterprises have become theoretical and methodological basis for the research. For achieving this purpose in the paper the analysis and synthesis of theoretical sources and scientific literature have been made, also the methods of statistical and economic analysis have been used. The indicators of quality for automobile products are defined on the basis of results of the research of quality management system at Ukrainian’s automobile industry enterprises. After research the recommendations for increase the quality of automobile products have been suggested. In the process of research it has been found out, that in most cases, the quality of vehicles depends on the evaluation of indicators: technical, technological, ergonomic and economical efficiencies, aesthetic qualities, and reliability. Such indicators as fuel efficiency, environmental friendliness and efficient service are recommended for evaluation of the quality of automobile products. To achieve domestic and foreign markets power Ukrainian enterprises should have such quality management system which is directed on global market providing criteria of competitiveness. Further development of quality management systems depend on the transition from the quality management to the quality of general management of the enterprise.
