FACTORS ENHANCING INNOVATION

Abstract
In the process of systematic literature search much attention was paid to the problems of financial and analytical expertise use, stochastic and other methods of economic research for the purpose of improving the methods for fostering innovation. The problem should be seen in the context of transformational processes characteristics currently taking place in the country. The possibilities of economic development and economic growth are largely determined by investment and innovation processes in the country. Therefore, in the context of the given determinant it is necessary to implement an effective system for search, attraction and optimal use of innovations. To expand inventive and innovative work in the state it is necessary to lay the foundations, create necessary human resources and develop them. As part of further research it is creation of conditions based on international experience to enhance the interest of educational institutions, teachers, students and all strata of the population with the view of enhancing creativity. The sources of new knowledge, inventions, technology is basic research and development, the benefits of which show up not only in the fact that the fundamental knowledge leads to lower costs for applied research by reducing the amount of trials and errors, but also in accumulation of valuable ideas that can be used in the long perspective for innovation development. The main objective of the article is to analyze factors influencing the establishment of human resources of a given enterprise, evaluation of innovative enterprise human resources, and formulation of methods to stimulate creativity for complete disclosure of workers skills and their contribution into enterprise development. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the creation and evaluation of innovative enterprise human resources. Methods to stimulate creativity for complete disclosure of workers skills and their contribution into the development of enterprise development are formulated.
