THE TOPIC OF WAR IN SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH OF BEKIR NABIYEV

Abstract
The article reviews the work of Bekir Nabiyev, the prominent representative of the literary science of Azerbaijan on the theme of the World War II. The purpose of this study was to determine the direction and methodology of the research conducted by the academician on the basis of materials from the Azerbaijani literature, and to summarize his conclusions from the modern literary point of view. For the first time in the article, the literary and aesthetic views of B. Nabiyev on the artistic reflection in the literature of military subjects come to the fore as a subject of scientific research. It was concluded that the academician’s research had a significant impact on identifying the artistic qualities of literary work on military sub- jects, defining healthy ideas, revealing the richness of content and artistic creative qualities.
