THE TRADE ENTERPRISE ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE 

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of managing of the organizational culture at trade enterprises, which arise due to lack of experience in the field of domestic enterprises management. Today the most important source of competitive advantage of socio-economic systems are not only financial, material and technical factors as sophistication and features of their organizational culture. In Ukraine, the study of the problem of organizational culture has only started, and therefore doesn’t have a systematic character and appropriate grounds for appraisal of the organizational culture of the company as a whole unit and its individual elements as well. In this regard, the article analyzes the works of some authors, where the investigation of the concept of «organizational culture» and the definition of this concept are given. The goal of creating the organizational culture at trade enterprises is determined. Also the article provides definitions of such concepts as «management technology» and «organization management technology». Due to the fact that domestic trade enterprises do not pay enough attention to the questions of the organizational culture, the article proposes some ideas of the international experience usage in this field. One of the popular approaches to management of the organizational culture – «intellectual organization» is considered in this work. The main qualitative characteristic of the intellectual organization becomes a transition from administrative control and coordination to direct responsibility and control of performers working in interrelated groups consisting of people of the same rank. In the new century exactly they will be creating highly powerful economy that is impossible without the development and exploitation of the total creative potential of its participants. The usage of the international experience in managing of the organizational culture of trade enterprise will have a positive impact on the company’s activity.
