The transient hyperglicemia and his implications in the diagnosis of comatose conditions caused by intoxication with organophosphoric substances

Abstract
The knowledge of elements to differentiate the coma from intoxication with organophosphoric substances respectively from diabetes, in the presence of transient hyperglicemia, can spare us from fatal errors; in this conditions the hyperglicemia is probably caused by a polienzyme-inhibitor phenomenon, the persistence of hyperglicemia could be a mark of prognosis.
