The typical model of judicial enforcement

Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis of the scientific approach to understanding the substance of a model of judicial enforcement. It is concluded that there is a deliberation on the identification an universal or typical model of judicial enforcement for all legal systems. The existence of a typical model of judicial enforcement only within the limits of a particular legal system has been substantiated.
