THE USE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AS THE MAIN CONDITION OF HARMONIZATION OF INTELLECTUAL AND EMOTIONAL FACTORS OF EDUCATION

Abstract

This paper deals with topical issues of information technology using of higher education. Defi nite factors, that should be taken into account during the use of information technologies in the classroom have been determined. The different teaching methods that facilitate the formation of a coherent and intelligent individuality of the student have been described Ways of ordered set of interrelated organizational-legal, social-economical, educational-modular, production and management processes, that are aimed to meet the educational, informational, computing and telecommunication needs of members of the educational process have been clarifi ed. The conditions, that ensure the computerization of education (professional training of future professionals of the new formation, creating of powerful information infrastructure in higher education, the introduction of Internet technologies, elearning, communication networks) and the requirements to the participants of the educational process have been defi ned. The list of information technologies that ensure the formation of a positive, intellectual and emotional state during the use of information technology has been given by the author. The main attention has been focused on the creation of «electronic student portfolio».
