The value of attestation as a way of determining the qualifications of an employee.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the examination of attestation as a way of determining the qualifications of an employee in which it is substantiated and proved that the attestation is conducted in order to establish conformity of knowledge, skills and abilities of an employee to perform labor duties and responsibilities for the corresponding position. Acting as one of the ways of determining the labor and professional skills of an employee to carry out work entrusted to him under an employment contract, certification helps to correctly determine the employee’s labor function. It is also emphasized that attestation allows the employer to efficiently and efficiently organize the labor process by distributing labor among the participants of a single production process, depending on their qualifications.
