The verbs of being with the postfix -ся: semantic-grammatical and functional characteristics.

Abstract
The verbs of being in the Ukrainian language form a large group but their lexical-semantic, word-formation, grammatical characteristics are not clarified (with the exception of individual studies, the dissertation research of the author of the article). Therefore, the study of the functions of postfixal existential derivatives, their grammatical peculiarities is a topical problem of modern linguistics. It will enable to intensify the analysis of other reverse verbs and determine their place in terms of categorical, grammatical meaning and semantics. The object of the research is the postfixal verbs of being of the Ukrainian language. The article clarifies that some of them belong to the medium-reflexive voice, whereas others are out of voice. Postfixal derivatives derived from postfixal transitional verbs acquire another semantics, that is, from the group of verbs of action or dynamic process, postfixal verbs go to the group of being, which confirms the word-building function of postfix -ся. The postfix -ся does not perform the form-generating function because the passive constructions with such a verb do not reflect the essence of the Ukrainian language, its national specifics. Among the verbs of being there is a significant group of verbs which are not used without -ся, they are formed in a prefix-postfixal, suffix-postfixal or prefix-suffix-postfixal way. Mandatory grammatical sign of the verbs of being with postfix -ся is an incomplete personal paradigm, since these verbs are not correlated with the category of subject-person. The category of type affects the verb semantics change selectively, inconsistently
