THE VIABILITY OF THE COMPANY IN CRISIS

Abstract
The purpose of the article is relevant methods of anti-crisis management, develop a common framework of principles and measures of financial security, the selection of the most successful innovative approach to strategic planning that will avoid the crisis, or get out of the crisis situation with the least possible cost to the company. Methodology of research. To achieve the goal of life and research company in a crisis used methods: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction (in determining the problem of theoretical and practical aspects of the economic situation of the company). The method of synthesis and comparison was the basis for the development of measures and principles to overcome the crisis. In developing the model of financial sustainability business strategy used modeling method (of anti-crisis management techniques now). Thanks to abstract logical method of analysis and synthesis and marked the most successful innovative approach to strategic planning out of the crisis. Findings. The system of principles and measures to prevent and stabilize management of the company through the crisis early diagnosis and differentiated approach to overcoming them. Through the use of new methods of work organization, commercial and forming process, involving the production of new resources and technologies possible successful exit from the crisis. Highlight the most successful approach to strategic planning that makes it possible to avoid a crisis or out of it with the least possible cost to the company. Found that storage efficient enterprise development strategic plans, programs and projects should be aimed at supporting and developing all areas of the enterprise as a whole. Originality is to identify key strategic principles underlying the system of crisis management, systematized innovative approaches to strategic management. Practical value. The results of research can be used by enterprises to successfully overcome the crisis situation and provide effective economic development during the crisis.
