The Ways of Improvement of the Solution of Tax Dispute in Administrative Procedure

Abstract
The disadvantages of the Administrative Court are investigated, it is indicated on the failures in the system of administrative justice. The state of tax litigation is considered. The recommendations to improve the resolution of tax disputes in administrative proceedings are offered.
