THE WILLINGNESS OF STUDENTS TO SUBJECT-SUBJECT PEDAGOGICAL INTERACTION AS THE BASIS FOR CONSTRUCTIVE RESOLUTION OF PEDAGOGICAL CONFLICTS

Abstract
Subject-subject pedagogical interaction is considered as a process of joint, coherent and constructive cooperation of subjects of educational activities aimed at achieving this communication learning goals. Carried out a theoretical analysis of the problem of readiness of students of pedagogical specialties to subject-subject pedagogical interaction. The article reveals the content of its structural components. Substantiates the importance of considering the leading positions of the dialogical approach of conflictological training of future teachers. The psychological condition for the constructive resolution of conflict is recognized pedagogical readiness of future teachers to the subject-subject interaction.
