THEORETICAL ANALYSIS OF THE FORMATION OF PROFES-SIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE FINE ART TEACHERS

Abstract

The author analyzes the process of professional training of the fine art teacher as the method of formation of his professional competence. Done theoretical analysis of the formation of professional competence of future teachers of fine arts. Are characterized by the components of the professional-pedagogical competence of the teacher. Working out of the theory and practice of professional competence of a future teacher formation is based on the philosophical and psycho-pedagogical analysis of conceptual approaches, on revealing of basic concepts, conditions, and initial preconditions of the given problem. Author of the article analyzes various points of view on the concept definition «professional competence of a teacher» from the system, personal-focused and competence approach and defines the given concept as a set of necessary psycho-pedagogical, subject and methodical knowledge and abilities, and readiness for their practical application.
