THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE RESEARCH OF CORRELATION OF POWER AND SELF-GOVERNMENT IN THE MODERN POLITICAL AND LEGAL SPACE

Abstract
The basic theoretical and methodological approaches to the research of correlation of power and self-government in the national and foreign science are examined. It is shown that problem of scientific substantiation of intercommunication of power and self-government, creation on their basis of a theoretical model of political management realization in modern Ukraine remains open. Influence of globalization processes, becoming of network organizational forms, and the establishment of a territorial community institute as a political actor et cetera require further study. The necessity of rethinking of out-of-date constructions that are based on cause-effect determinants without taking into account of modern specifics is grounded.
