Abstract
The article specifies the classification of marketing factors of influence on consumer behaviour. The external and internal marketing regulators of the client's behaviour are describes. Their influence on consumer patterns is justified. The most important aspects are highlights, according to which patterns act as determinants of consumer behaviour patterns. The main types of patterns for correcting the behaviour of long-distance rail transport passengers have been develop.
