THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL BASES OF MATVII NOMYS’ PEDAGOGICAL HERITAGE STUDYING

Abstract
In this article the theoretical foundations of educational ideas and heritage of Ukrainian teacher, linguist, writer, social activist Matviy Nomys are investigated. The author of this article describes the basic methodological approaches to the study of educational personnel (biographical, phenomenological, hermeneutic, synergy, paradigm) and argues that only the synthesis of all these approaches provides the comprehensive study of historical and educational processes, because it allows to comprehensively assess the relevant facts, events and phenomena.
